Description

Chatbots are small programs designed to talk to humans in a low-cost way. Some of these are part of a businesses' online presence, while others provide psychological analysis, companionship, or virtual assistance (think of home devices like Alexa or Google Home). Some chatbots mindlessly push some product or service on social media and can be referred to as spambots (from the use of spam as a name for mass-advertising emails).
